NYC PRIDE 2024 W/ KESHA & ALUNA!!

After almost 2 whole years being away from my chosen family in NYC, they surprised me by flying me out for Pride 2024 to perform and dance with them like the good ‘ol days!! Each year we have danced for Jake Resnicow at Planet Pride we’ve been surprised with a new major pop icon to dance for, and this year that icon was none other than KESHA! What a total gag. But on top of that, we got hit with a double whammy of honor and excitement when we were informed we’d also be dancing for dance-music icon ALUNA… my little gay heart almost couldn’t take it honestly.

This Planet Pride performance was the WORLD DEBUT of her new single “Joyride,” and my best friend, and our choreographer, Julius Anthony Rubio, was tasked with conceptualizing and choreographing the new single with 24 hours notice! We all went into hyperdrive to get this number done perfectly so we could really make a statement to our community but also to Kesha and her team that we really are and always have been THOSE GIRLS, and baby— we did not disappoint, trust me!
